Terran Government Reformation.

The Terran Government reforms after the fall of the World Leader program started by Xavier Maximus. The initial point of the program was to help split the duties of the nations between various leaders throughout each Nation of Terra with Xavier Maximus being the main leader of them all as he would oversee operation from The Center.

This plan seemed to fail when the personel hired proved to be inadequte with their power as leaders of nations. It's safe to say that they were overwhelmed. With the program failing nearly after a few months of being up, the government went through major changes. Terran Commander Aurora Evernia relinquished her titles as Commander and Vice President of Terra.

Xavier Maximuus soon replaced the former commander with Maximus Vangaurd leader Azen West and decided to make former American Alliance leader Allison Young his new Vice President. Due to their backgrounds within both their respective fields, the two have proven to be perfect for the positions they were now placed in. The Terran people didn't have much of a reaction as things were run the same.
