The Burrows, the factory districts but also referred to as the poor districts as the lower-class would reside here but rather peacefully. During the Fallen Kings Coup, these individuals were the ones who helped Victoria lead her takeover as they provided tools and weapons and information as well as refuge. These roles are still roles they take now. However, more children seem to want to strive and live in Victoria as opposed to the Burrows.
