ELEMNETAL PLANE :

 

Among the many dimensions of reality that compose the multiverse, lies the Elemental Plane, a chaotic, ever-changing dimension composed of the primal elemental forces of the world. Seas of flame, storms of rock, mountains of floating ice and countless other fantastical formations cover the landscape, creating a magnificent and incredibly dangerous world. This chaotic nature of the world comes from the great vast amounts of arcane energy that fill the plane. The Elemental Plane is one of the many Supernal Realms that Mages tap energy from, giving them control over elemental magic,

 

Despite the lack of any form of organic life, the Plane has many inhabitants. The arcane energy, react with the primal elements, making so that clusters of elemental essence develop life and sentience. Those elementals take many forms, from animalistic creatures to sapient humanoid beings. For thousands of years, those beings flourished, developing civilizations and even going to other dimensions through breaches in the walls of reality, and in some cases were even capable of interbreeding with other species, particularly humans. Those elemental-blooded children lack their parents elemntal composition and appearance, looking like normal humans, but shared their control over the elements.

 

Alas, their civilization did not last. Long ago, the plane was invaded by hell, killing the majority of its inhabitants and destroying large parts of the world before the invasion could be stopped. The few who survived fled to other worlds, mostly to Earth, and have been living in exile.
